A neighbourhood page is only worth publishing if its numbers are computed from records this site actually holds. Publishing “median sale price” for a real Tampa neighbourhood before the parcel and sales files have been ingested would mean inventing a figure about people’s homes — the one thing this site exists not to do. Roughly 200 neighbourhood pages, 90 ZIP pages and 30 municipality pages are planned — around 600–900 genuinely distinct pages in total, released in batches and measured in Search Console before the next batch goes out.
